Stephen Silverman’s status as an authorized Ward Sales Representative means our skill at matching homeowners’ wishes and budget with the right home model and features, is supported by Ward’s over 80 years of engineering and manufacturing excellence.

At Wilderness Estates Steve and Jeanne Silverman along with Vicki Vogel and her husband Ken, as associates, work together to represent Ward in the Oxford Hills area and beyond. Onsite we each have custom ward log homes that have been featured in national log home magazines. 

We at Wilderness Estates are there for our customers as they design their home, choose a builder, identify financing options, receive delivery of their logs and monitor construction progress. Our reputation has been built on sound process and delighted customers.
