FINANCING - The process of purchasing and building a log home is slightly different from traditional stick built homes. I have successfully worked with homeowners in securing financing from numerous institutions.
SITE PLANNING - As you decide on your house location, my civil engineering expertise can be drawn on to determine the orientation of your house on your lot. With his years of experience I can assist you as you obtain permits and go through on-site inspections.
BUILDING PHASE - After you have purchased your home, I will remain at your side. I will be there for the unloading of your home package. I will make on-site visits during construction to provide technical assistance to you or your builder.
