FREE DESIGN CONSULTATION - You may choose from standard Ward Cedar Log Home plans, alter a standard plan, or completely custom design your home. My years of experience will guide you in deciding on what you want and need in your home from room sizes to floor plans. Ward Cedar Log Homes will supply you with a free quote on the material package. A detailed planning guide is available ($15). As a licensed engineer, I can work with you on your structural design meeting building codes without the additional cost of an architect. 
FINANCING - The process of purchasing and building a log home is slightly different from traditional stick built homes. I have successfully worked with homeowners in securing financing from numerous institutions.
SITE PLANNING - As you decide on your house location, my civil engineering expertise can be drawn on to determine the orientation of your house on your lot. With his years of experience I can assist you as you obtain permits and go through on-site inspections.
BUILDING PHASE - After you have purchased your home, I will remain at your side. I will be there for the unloading of your home package. I will make on-site visits during construction to provide technical assistance to you or your builder.
