Estimate construction cost for most log home packages. For your budgeting purposes, we estimate the turnkey construction of our homes to be 3 times the cost of our materials packages. For example: a $100,000 material package will cost a total of $300,000 for a finished turnkey home. Of course, the actual finished cost of your home is determined by the cost of the items you choose, such as standard refrigerator or sub-zero luxury refrigerator, finished flooring - such as hardwood, tile or carpet, as well as lighting fixtures. All of these items vary greatly in cost. Putting your home on a full basement or concrete slab also determines the cost.
